eFlo 2.0 Electronic Flow Meter

eFlo 2.0 is SSi’s newest  electronic flow measurement instrument. Like our previous eFlo models, the 2.0 offers simple compatibility with existing controls, making tracking and monitoring gas flows easier than ever. Designed for use in the harshest industrial environments, eFlo allows for easy replacement of manual flow meters and seamlessly integrates into existing control systems.

NOTE: eFlo 2.0 replaces eFlo 1.5.  However, SSi continues to provide service and parts for eFlo 1.5.  Documentation is available here.

    Flow Meters

(Q26) What do the alarm codes mean on my eFlo?

    Alarm CodePossible CausesPossible Corrective Actions
LoPr - Low PressureActivated when low pressure has been indicated based on either factory or user specified values

*factory values are not editable and cannot be deactivated; call SSI with any questions

    • Increase regulator pressure

    • Verify all upstream solenoids and/or ball valves are open

*make sure not to exceed pressure limits for the sensors indicated on page 6
hiPr- High PressureActivated when high pressure has been indicated based on either factory or user specified values

If indicated pressure is above the range of the sensor, the meter WILL NOT show accurate values

*factory values are not editable and cannot be deactivated; call SSI with any questions
Decrease regulator pressure below the usable range of the sensors

*make sure not to exceed pressure limits for the sensors indicated on page 6
LofL- Low FlowActivated when low flow has been indicated based on user specified values

    • Increase flow rate on meter to a value above what has been set

    • It is possible that low pressure is limiting the flow rate and pressure should be increased

    • It is also possible that high pressure has been achieved and the meter is now reading incorrectly

hiFL - High FlowActivated when high flow has been indicated based on user specified values

    • Increase flow rate on meter to a value above what has been set

    • It is possible that low pressure is limiting the flow rate and pressure should be increased
